Lighting for theatre
Matt Steinberg is a lighting designer, programmer, and technician based in New York City.
He has assisted lighting designers at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Kennedy Center, and LA Opera. He’s programmed for shows Off-Broadway and regionally, and he led the lighting department at The Lost Colony as its master electrician for its 2019 season.
Technology
Matt is a Brown University-educated computer scientist specializing in software engineering. He focuses on the intersections of technology and design, building software for theatrical applications.
